Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-25
These terms govern your use of https://dock-boost.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
What this Site is
The Site is the public marketing storefront for DockBoost. It describes our services and lets you schedule a discovery call. It is not the service itself. The actual scope of any project between you and DockBoost is governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Site to break the law.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, hack, or scrape the Site.
- Don’t submit information that isn’t yours to share.
Intellectual property
All text, design, images, and code on the Site are owned by DockBoost unless otherwise marked. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Your own content (anything you send us via the booking form, email, or scheduler) remains yours.
No guarantees
The Site is provided as-is. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of every detail. Specific service commitments live in the signed MSA / SOW for each engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DockBoost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is capped at $100. Larger commitments are governed by the signed MSA / SOW.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan (or, if applicable, the state where DockBoost’s entity is formed). Disputes will be handled in the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
