DockBoost (“DockBoost”, “we”, or “us”) builds websites, online booking and automation for charter fishing captains. This policy describes what we collect when you visit https://dock-boost.com or get in touch with us.
What we collect
- What you send us — your name, email, phone number, business name, port and anything you write when you email, text or call us, or when you book a call through our scheduling provider.
- Standard server logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the IP address and browser type of each request to serve and protect the site. We do not run an analytics script and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and schedule a discovery call.
- To deliver and improve the services you ask us about.
Who sees your data
A small number of vendors run the site and our communications: hosting and email forwarding on Cloudflare, call scheduling through Cal.com when that option is offered, and our business phone and email providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. If you open the call scheduler, that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@dock-boost.com. We will respond within 30 days.
